PDA's Users not working while using WPA with TKIP

PDA'User's are not able to connect to AP while using TKIP encryption. Where as laptops are able to connect to AP.

Kindly let me know if there is some configurtion that i need to look on.

As on a previous post - your PDA's are Symbol, please a support call to find out if any software updates allow the use of WPA/WPA wireless security suite.
