To configure PEAP protocolon in a WLAN, is required to have a Windows domain and the users integrate in this domain?

No. You could just have the user credentials configured on the Radius servers internal database.

Thanks for the reply. Now I'm doing laboratories to understand better the operation of the certificates in WLAN networks. I start whit ACS Auto Self certificate and 802.1X in the wireless client.
Another question, Is obligation that the Windows Certificate Authority is integrated into a Windows domain?
