Performance issue on C9136I-B APs || low upload speed

We are facing with performance issue on C9136I-B. Download speed is fine(350 Mbps) however upload speed is pretty low (40-50 Mbps only). We are only facing this issue when a client connects to CORP SSID. If someone connects to BYOD speed is fine for both download (384 Mbps) and upload(392 Mbps). When we perform the same test using C9120AXI-B Access points performance is again good. We measured using Speedtest.com. We have tested the above scenarios with multiple APs an two different WLC( Model  9800-CL) versions 17.9.4a and 17.9.2 but same result. The APs are in flexconnect mode.

Is the Corp SSID using local switching and the BYOD SSID using central switching (or vice versa), or something else?

Consider any differences in configuration / traffic flow between the two SSIDs. QoS? Different VLANs? Firewalls? ISPs? Etc.

My suggestion is to always use iperf or another bandwidth test application locally on your network.  You would compare throughput on the same subnet, across different subnets and also across your WAN if applicable.  This way you know what you are getting internally from various SSID's or wired connections and that can help you get a good baseline to begin your troubleshooting.

I have both models at home in my lab and I have no issues with throughput and I have tested many different code versions.  My ap's are also in FlexConnect mode.
