does this happen, when these phones roam, or this happens even if they are still at one location ?
Is this a new deployment or existing ?
when was the issue first seen ?
any change in network before you started experiencing this issue ?
whats the controller code ?
collect upload debug client <mac address> (try to capture, client disconnect and re connection)
take any one iphone and one android mac address and upload this output.

This is not complete debug however on error
Source member:0.0.0.0. source member unknown.
refer to this blog, this might help.

If possible, do a complete capture - turn both devices off, start debug, turn them on, connect to network and keep is connected until they disconnect, connect them again.
