Hello,

I have 12 wap4410n to enable wireless connection to a school building with 3 floor.

I planned to configure one as a Access point. My dubt is in which AP mode i have to configure the rest as WDS Bridge or WDS Repeateror other mode. In each access point i have ethernet connection to the switch.

Thank you

Toni.

If each access point has an ethernet connection to a switch, just configure them as access points. Do not bother with bridging or repeating.  It will be easier and perform better.  Be sure to do a survey for coverage: AP placement, channelization, power, etc.

Bridging is for connecting seperate wired networks together via wireless connection.

Repeater mode is for extending a wireless signal; especially in areas where there is no ethernet connectivity available.
