Poor Connection score - Cisco wireless AP

Hi, 

Im seeing poor connection score for one of the windows machine in Cisco Aironet 1830 AP.  The machine is place very near to the AP. Other end points connected to the same AP doesn't have any issues. I tried to update the driver but have had no luck

Hello @Adcom911!!

I would highly recommend to take a look at your RF environment. On CME the health score is based on the Data Rate negotiated with the client.

Channel utilization, Interference, noise or rogue devices would be a good start point.

Afterwards, checking client wireless NIC status would be nice as well.
