Possible to add AP in same channel to add more users?

One AP is "serving" 20 users in channel 1. Bye adding an AP with the same channel, same location, will I be able to handle more users?

Why would you want it on the same channel ?

You can add another AP with a non-overlapping channel to accomadate additional users.

If you use the same channel, the through-put will be reduces due to packet

collisions.
