Hi, I installed AP AIR-AP1602i-E-K9 with controller 5508. I want know when 802.11A (Power max=200mW) and 802.11G (Power max=100mW) are enabled, one person near APs receive 300mW?

Those are transmit power levels and is independent of each radio. So if on the 5ghz you have it set to 200mW or 23dbm, then what is your clients transmitting on? Might just be 100mW max. You should always try to match the AP transmit power with the weakest client.
