Dear Expert ,
We are having PCS and OCS in India network. We have a problem occurs that for prepaid users who are out of credit makes many attempts for PDP Creations and this loads the capability of the PCS to handle all these transactions per second ( 40000 TPS ).
Is there any mechanism in GGSN to lower the PDP reactivation Attempt rate ?
