We are using Cisco WLC 5508 and Cisco APs- AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 in our office. Also using Cisco Prime for monitoring wifi infra. We are receiving complaints about wifi performance issue for a particular site where we have noticed 2 of the Aps are not showing enough signal strength around it in Cisco Prime Heatmap compared to nearby same model APs. We are seeing this difference only for 5GHz. 2.4GHz coverage/signal strength is okay from these two. Can you please shed some light on where to look in AP or WLC to inject more power? We have configured default settings for all POE, Tx power, channel etc.
Dont know why these two APs are acting this way. We have did site survey with Netspot tool and found no signal strength around these two APs. Attaching the heat map for your reference. APs which are troubling us are 621914 and 621916
