I have been trying to add notes to Clients on heatmaps, I get the same error regardless of which tool I use (Chrome, Firefox, IE)  Has anyone experienced the same issues?

Running Version 1.3.0.20

In my environment its working fine and I am able to add notes. Please restart your prime and try again. Hope your problem will be resolve.
