Problem Wifi

Hello,

we are using guns Teklogix with embbeded cisco card associated (model CB20A) with AP 1200.

It worked very good : no loose communication.

We were using two radius server AP with LEAP.

We did few changes one month ago :

-> changing ip adress of gun (static to static)

-> upgrade IOS on AP.

-> using 2 vlans for ap (1 for administration, 1 for using gun)

-> changing the radius from AP to extern radius servers as ACS.

-> using WDS with WLSE.

Since these changes, we have got problem :

Randomly, the gun blocks : we're loosing communication between gun and ap.

We have seen that the gun is well associated with ap (on http menu)

but we don't arrive to ping the gun.

The workaround is to restart the gun.

You can see that we have got the error message : Previous authentication no longer valid.
