Problem with 802.1x in a flexconect AP (in iphone device)

hi, i'm ignacio from chile, i have a WLC in Chile and one AP in Perú, that ap have a SSID with 802.1x autentication, that SSID work in flexconect.

my problem is that we have very much reconections with Iphone devices and sometime the users cant connect.

what software version you run on your WLC & what AP model in FlexConnect mode ?

Have you narrow down, issue is only happening to iPhones ? If so what model of phones and what version of iOS they running ?

Hi, thank you for your quick answer.

the software version of WLC is 8.2.130.0 model AIR-CT5508-K9. the AP model is AIR-CAP3702I-A-K9

the problem is most serious in iphone but it is present in other devices too.

we have a same SSID (A) in both country (Chile and Peru), but with different interfaces, with different network, one for Chile X.X.A.X and other for Perú X.X.B.X. (but remember is the same SSID).

the SSDI authentication is for 802.1x and the WLC controller the ISE and the ActiveDirectory are  in Chile. then, the user in Perú come to Chile to autententication. But they present many re-authentications, and very continues while they are navigating in Internet.
