Hi,
we tried to configure AP AIR-AP1832I-E-K9 (sw: 8.5.140.0). After successful configuration (on http://mobilityexpress.cisco/), the AP restarts. After restart, the created SSID disappears. When we check status on the management IP address, we can see this SSID under the "WLANs" but the number of the Access Points is 0.
Why is the number of access points 0 and why we dont see the created SSID (WLAN)?
Thank you

is AP getting the IP over DHCP ? if not then you will not be able to see ssid.
It need two IP:
1. Mobility Express controller mgmt IP and,
2. AP IP address!!
and both should be diff.

Thank you Sandeep.
So one is "Management IP Address" which you can select when you set up controller and where we can find another one? Is this second one maybe visible, when you open "System information" in the top right corner?

Ok, you HAVE TO specify the DHCP when you configure your AP.
Thank you!
