I'm with a issue with my AP AIR-CAP3502I-T-K9. Next Logging:

*Mar 22 17:48:36.494: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to administratively down
*Mar 22 17:48:38.303: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to up
*Mar 22 17:48:45.702: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by sondabril on vty0 (10.60.3.138)
*Mar 22 17:49:36.237: Interface Dot11Radio0: not starting because stop-on-failure set
