Problem with Youtube APK can't play video

I got WLC 2504 with the right configuration.

I can open any website and streaming video from other site and youtube also from browser.

it works fine. but when im using youtube in my android, the video wont play.

is there any solution?

Is the issue happening only with single end device ?

No, it happen with all android device(not yet testing with apple device)
