Hi all,
I'm having some troubles with configuring Web authenthication in my environment. Here's a really basic scheme done with Paint:
I have two SSID: Guest_siteA and Guest_siteB
Already configured web authentication (with 1.1.1.1 or also 192.0.2.1 as virtual ip), and from site A it's working perfectly, because it has WLC locally.
From site B, instead, when I try to authenticate to my SSID (I'm using flexconnect), the traffic is going through the L3 switch and goes outside, without showing me the authentication page.
Is there a way to solve this?
Thank you in advance,
Antonio

Just adding this info: Site A and Site B are linked by layer 2.
DHCP server is on site A
The client on site B is obtaining the ip address from dhcp, then the web page opens (so it seems its working) but the traffic to virtual interface goes outside instead of WLC.
Thank you

Maybe is there a way to force traffic from a vlan to pass through wlc?
