Problems with the user Lobby WLC

Hi all
We currently create a user lobby for the management of guest accounts, however when we initiate session with this user and try to create a new guest user does not take the option to apply.

Is the controller giving an error message back in the web browser?

Have you tried different browsers?

What WLC and Software version are you running?

Has this ever worked?

Hi Haydn

Yes I tried with different browsers.

Chrome we saw this error "

“401 Unauthorized<script language="javascript">var agt=navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase();if (agt.indexOf("msie") != -1) {document.execCommand("ClearAuthenticationCache");top.location = "/";}</script>”".

In Explorer We saw the error of certificated  and other error about the frames.

The version is 8.3.143 and yes this worked before.

Has this been resolved? I am getting a 401 errors in Microsoft Edge. Chrome and IE work fine.
