Promble upload the Customized Web Auth Bundle to WLC

I have a problem upload the custom web auth page to 3504 Wireless Controller

I use TFTP upload to the controller

but it always show "Error extracting webauth files."

I have try create the tar file from windows (7-zip, PicoZip, gnuwin)

or from Linux with root user, 

Even though i upload the tar which from webauth_bundle-1.0.2.zip (the tar file haven't modify)

It also show the error

Is any one have same problem?

After I reboot the Wireless Controller

The tar file extracting successful....

I have not heard of anything like this before. Personally, I have not ever had a problem doing this. But the method I use is:

copy the login.html, aup.html, logo.jpg, and anything else you might need for your custom pages, to a linux machine

ensure these files and only these files exist in the directory

tar the files, I've always used the name webauth.tar, but name doesn't really matter but it must have the .tar extension.

then upload the .tar file to the WLC.
