Proximity App not locating a Video System

Hello Community!

I have a Spark Kit Plus system and and i am trying to setup Proximity on it. What ive done so far is below:

• Enabled Proximity on the camera
• system is connected to the local network and registered with CUCM
• Installed Proximity on my iPhone
  • I have my iPhone connected to the network
• installed the proximity app on my windows laptop
  • laptop connected to the network

What is happening:

On both devices it says "Cannot connect to a video system"

I see that ultrasounds are used in combination with network access. Are microphones connected to the spark kit plus needed? I dont have any as i wasnt aware this model didnt come with any.

Hey this is the wrong forum for this Q you might want to try the collaboration ones :).

Make sure your speakers aren't muted or headphones plugged in as although you can't hear it, the app needs to use the speakers for discovery!
