qos 3560

I have an accesspoint 1220 connected to a 3560 switch .

When I use the macro cisco-switch on the 3560 for the port to the 1220 , i get the command 'mls qos trust cos' in the config . I have 7920's talking throuhgh that accesspoint .

But in the statistics report 'show mls qos int fa0/x statistics 'on the 3560 , i never see a cos different from 0 .

Does the a.p. set a cos on the frames sent to the fa0 ?

Probably not - the 7920 is on the network as an access device, not a trunked device...

As on the wired side CoS only exists on trunk ports (as part of the trunk header), it probably isn't present on the 7920-AP traffic, and therefore won't appear on the AP-network link (unless you have specifically configured the AP to mark traffic from the VVLAN?).

You should probably configure the switch for trust-dscp, as the 7920 should mark this.
