How can i have to configure the Cisco WLC to support QoS over wireless, because i have a softphone in the laptop and i have to call to all my partner in the company (Traffic in the Lan) and i would like to call to another remote sites (Traffic in the WAN by VPN Site to Site and Traffic in Internet)?
How the QoS works?
