Question regarding Mesh Design with 1532E's and having a 3602i connected for local access

I have an existing 1532E on the corner of building “A”.   The site is wanting wireless coverage in building “B”, which has no network connectivity.     The existing 1532E is providing 2.4/5 GHz wireless coverage to the in the parking area.

I have set the following up at my desk to mimic the site.  Basically I want to install a 2nd 1532E on the corner of building “B” this would be powered by an AIR-PWRINJ1500-2 injector.   The existing 1532E would be a RAP, the new 1532E would be the MAP.   I then want to connect a 3602i or 3702i to the 1532E MAP.   To power the 3602i I connected another power injector between the 1532E and 3602i.  Both of the 1532E’s are doing Ethernet Bridging.

At this point it appears the 3602i is able to connect to the WLC andI can attach to it

It also appears the existing 1532E AP  (bldg. “A”) has clients attaching to it.   My question…  is this a supported design?  I was looking at the documentation for the 1532E

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/7-6/b_1532_dg/b_1532_dg_chapter_01.html#concept_5C8221868DB64B3C85F01162E37F7020

And it appears there is a daisy chaining feature, but they state only 1532s can utilize this configuration.

I found another note that stated:

Daisy chaining should only be enabled on a Slave AP that is configured as a Bridge Mode Root Access Point, for all other daisy-chaining configurations, daisy chaining does not need to be enabled.

If I understand correctly the Slave AP would be the Local AP (3602i) in my setup.   Since that AP is configured for local mode, daisy chaining doesn’t have to be enable.

From what I can see the existing 1532E would now only support 2.4GHz clients as would the new 1532E.   The 3602i would be able to support both 2.4/5 GHz.

Am I on the right track here?  Should I be looking at something else for a solution?  I need the original 1532E on the corner of Building "A" to continue to provide at least 2.4GHz coverage.

Thanks,

David
