my architecture is end devices connected to WGB Cisco 1562EAC LAN and WGB connected to acces point

WGB cisco 1562 can connect to the access point properly, the problem is WGB to some end device that goes through the same UTP cable RTO randomly, sometimes WGB can ping the end device and sometimes the connection is lost. can you give me a suggestion?

Here are a number of items you may want to check :
1. Check the UTP cable: Verify that the UTP cable is properly seated on both ends, and ensure that there are no visible signs of damage such as fraying, cuts or kinks. If the cable is damaged, replace it with a new one.
2. Check the network interface cards: Verify that the network interface cards (NICs) on both the WGB and end devices are working properly. Check the device manager on each device to see if the NICs are enabled and functioning correctly.
3. Check the IP settings: Verify that the IP settings on both the WGB and end devices are configured correctly. Ensure that each device has a unique IP address and that they are on the same network subnet.
4. Check for interference: Verify that there is no interference from other nearby wireless devices or sources that could be affecting the wireless signal. You can use a Wi-Fi analyzer tool to check for signal strength and interference.
5. Update firmware: Ensure that the firmware on both the WGB and the access point is up to date. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest firmware updates and upgrade if necessary.

Just to clarify, you are using a Cisco 1562 as a WGB and that is connecting back to what model access point? You have a switch connected to the WGB so you can have multiple wired devices connect to the network through the WGB --> AP? Is this a new setup or was the setup working for a while and now doesn't? The the wired devices and WGB on mobile units and what type?
