we have end devices that frequently randomly RTO (Request Time Out) to the minestar server
we have 2 end devices connected to WGB Cisco 1562EAC LAN and often RTO (Request Time Out) suddenly randomly. When we try to ping the IP end device, the result is rto. However, when we try to ssh to the Cisco 1562EAC WGB and ping the end device from ssh, the result is a reply/connect. When we restarted the Cisco 1562EAC WGB, the end devices that were previously RTO came back online. is it the cause of the end device suddenly unable to ping the server or RTO?
