Recommendations for implementing a second WLC

We have two 2100 WLC's that support 12 access points. One has been sitting in a box for some time, but we're at the point where we need to add additional access points that will put us in excess of the 12 limitation. What is the best way to go for installing the second WLC? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Configure the new WLC identical except for the hostname and IP address. Put both WLC in the same mobility group and same subnet of course.

I have a further advice about using mobility groups.

The general rule of thumb for determining what controllers on your network should be in the same mobility group is quite simple. If a wireless client can roam between the APs joined to your 2 controllers without dropping its wireless connection, those controllers should be in the same mobility group. If two controllers and their APs are located across the country

from one another, you would probably not want them to be in the same mobility group. You would not want unnecessary mobility messages across your WAN.
