Recover Boot Image in Wireless controller AP

Hi,

I have an AP LAP1140 series.

By mistaken I formatted flash disk. Can I recover that boot image If yes then how?? otherwise I have BOOT Image file of that AP but i dont how to put in AP.

Can any one help me with this??
