remote dial in via laptop

Hi all,

anyone have any experience with trouble dialing into a cisco 3640??

we have currently just bought a siemens laptop that will not dial into the router with error message 678 "no answer" - however we have other laptops that dial in fine and they have the same set-up. I am thinking this is the modem drivers??

it is really strange this one as i can connect to the internet fine with the siemens laptop but cannot dial into the router whereas the other laptops dial both - coincidentally both have win2k
