Remote site AP

good day guys

today we install an AP in remote site and we used the CAPWAP to define the controller ,

the AP found the controller but it doesn't go up and still in downloading status

could support me how to fix this issue

When you say remote, how far away is this remote site and what is the throughput and latency between the two sites. Since the AP has joined and is downloading, it’s probably because of possibly slow links. I don’t know what else you can do to be honest. You probably should of joined the AP locally first then brought it out to the remote site.
