I have trouble after i remove the clients listed inside the Excluded Clients, the clients will re appear back inside the Excluded list, thus making the client unable to connect.

By defaults, MACs get added to the Exclusion list when the MAC address cannot join the SSID due to wrong password.

Disable Client Exclusion and this will prevent all MACs from getting excluded.

Dear Afiqazii,

The reason behind clients been excluded is when clients having issue in authentication and controller decide to limit its access to resource been used for authentication mechanism. Please check these clients why they are failing to authenticate and it is better to troubleshoot the user's authentication. This feature is very useful for controller. The user will only being excluded when user's authentication will failed repeatedly. Instead of removing MAC addresses from excluded list please troubleshoot your clients else they are better being excluded else they will consume the processor of controller.

Good Luck..

When you look at the client excluded list on the WLC it should have a reason for the exclusion. Why are they being excluded.

There are a number of reasons to get excluded, as mention multiple Auth Failures is one, Duplicate IPs is another (IP Thief)

Knowing this will help determine the fix
