I have Cisco Prime Network Control system server. For some reason the server is crashed and I need the recovery ISO DVD. I called the call center and they point me to contact the TAC through the these Forums.
I have another DVD that includes the License and Warranty, but I need first the recovery DVD to restore the server.
Can you please help me to get this fixed ?
