Hello,
I open this topics because I have no answer from our Cisco distributor.
I ordered 5 MR36-HW the 4th of July. The 9th of July my client asked to change the order for 4 MR36-HW.
I asked to the distributor and he said he can change the order... but we received 5 MR36-HW and now they don't answer to my emails.
What is the process to return a device? We didn't open the box.

"Effective January 30, 2022, all new Cisco and Meraki orders submitted for hardware, and any attached software, will be non-cancellable and cannot be modified starting 45 days prior to the current estimated ship date."
Perhaps give them a call on the phone - but it is not looking good. Perhaps they didn't know that the order can not be cancelled.
