i have wireless solution with 2 WLC 2504 and Access Points registered on them and wireless working well but i have an issue related to roaming
as when client associated with AP1 with full signal strength and then client moved to AP2 and which is not far from AP1 but connected to AP1 with weak signal than AP2 and take too much time to transit to associate to AP2
what i could do so client can roam for one AP to another when signal strength started to decrease and with less time

Are those two WLCs are in same mobility group and configured as mobility peers with each other ? Refer below post for basic understanding of client roam between two WLCs.

You can take " debug client <mac_addr>" output from both WLC when a client roam occur, to get bit more details about this association/reassociation process

I recommend to implement fast roaming. However this feature requires support on client as well.
