Is it the adapter or the device driver that decide when it is time for a client to roam? Are the roaming thresholds hard coded on the card (firmware) or are they in the driver? Can roaming thresholds be adjusted?
Reason for asking is that we are using a 3:rd party wirelesstool with its own driver, and the tool does not roam until it almost loose connection with its current access point.
