user is setting in the same workstation where the AP are connected, while they make teams meeting, call got disconnected and when we check the same user automatically connected other far AP, due to that 2 min network got disconnected and reconnected again they need to join the teams’ call. any solution

This could be due to several reasons, including signal strength, interference, or network settings.

If your WiFi access points support dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz), try setting the access point to prefer 5GHz. This can provide a better transition and reconnect response.

If you have client load balancing enabled, consider disabling it as some clients may not behave well with it enabled.

Ensure that the network adapter on the user’s device is up-to-date.

as we have enabled only 5GHZ and we already disabled the client load balancing , and signal strength are good no issue , do we have any other setting need to check

Looks like interference, maybe reduce the TX power so there isn't so much overlap.

First you'll have to check the signalstrength of the client at it's closest AP and the second one. See if both are not in an edge zone where alot of packets are retransmitted.

Also check if there is any problem with the channel that is being used by the closest AP. Check on the RF spectrum page if there is any issue (high channel util/a interferer).

Also check if you have client balancing disabled (preferably) on your RF profiles.

The only thing you can do on your clients is reduce roaming aggressiveness to medium-low and see how that goes.
