go to Wireless > pick your netowrk > RRM > RF Grouping.
will show you what WLC are in the group, whom is the leader and the last run time

You can look at the gui or issue this in the CLI
(WLC2504) >show advanced 802.11a channel
Leader Automatic Channel Assignment
Channel Assignment Mode........................ AUTO
Channel Update Interval........................ 24 Hours
Anchor time (Hour of the day).................. 0
Channel Update Contribution.................... SNI..
CleanAir Event-driven RRM option............... Enabled
CleanAir Event-driven RRM sensitivity.......... Medium
Channel Assignment Leader...................... WLC2504 (192.168.201.24)
Last Run....................................... 39225 seconds ago

Is it the "Channel Assignment Mode........................ AUTO"
Auto meaning it is on and fix meaning it is manual not on?

Auto means RRM is going to automatically make changes. Fixed is basically saying keep the power the same.
