RV134W not connecting with provider, AirCard 340U

I have a RV134W, with an ethernet lan.

I connected a AirCard 340U with a VIVO (Brazil) card.

In notebook / PC, works fine.. ..connect and works ok.

Both, RV134W and AirCard 340U have latest firmware version.

RV134W: RV134W-A-K9 V01 - 1.0.1.21

AirCard 340U: NTG9X15C_01.13.12.14 r18981 ntgrbc-fwbuild1 2014/07/11 13:48:17

But at RV134W.. ..recognizes, but not connects.

I have tested when ethernet connect is down, but not connect.

Show's connecting.. but not connect.

I have tried "USB is primary WAN" too, but it did not work.

I tried manual and automatic configuration, but it did not work.

An important point..

..setup page not shows user/password informations.

My SIM Card does not have a PIN lock, I tried with and without PIN password.

  Take a look on this link.   Sometimes ISP makes change in the device driver in order to adapt to a country or to insert their network information.

 On the cisco doc below, they mention this modem with AT&T support but we dont see any Brasilian ISP.

Well.. ...but when I connect (directly) to my notebook works fine..

..only only on RV134W I have the problem.

A strange behavior is that not showing user/password fields..
