hello,
we have been asked to create a file such .bat or any thing else that could deactivate all the routing on Nexus 7010 .
please could any one helep on explaining it because I went through the web looking for any information aboiut this but in vain .

You are here in the WLAN group, not the Switching one, so you probably won't get many answers.
I sadly don't know the 7000 Nexus series, but if they work the same as the Nexus 5548, then barely any routing is enabled by default. You will need to use a default vrf for the switching traffic and I suggest to also use one for the management traffic, but more shouldn't be needed, nor enabled by default.
Once you create VLAN interfaces and give them an IP address though, basic static routing will be enabled.
