Secure Wireless network

Hello,

I have a wireless network (9 Cisco AP 1200) connected to the enterprise Network (Cisco Catalyst Switch).

The wireless network is connected to an another VLAN and i have a router on stick for inter vlan routing.

It works well, but it is difficult for the support to change any configuration (IOS command).

Does anyone know a solution for easy management ?

I thing about :

Firewall between the 2 networks (Is it much easy to manage ?)

or

WLSE ?

Example for most current task for managing :

Change user right on witch server he can access.

(before i use IOS Access list)
