Gentlemen, I have a problem with the company that users are connecting and disconnecting the logs and reports about loss of BSS. I read all blogs and forums on this issue and tried all suggestions but continues.

What troubleshooting have you tried? Are you hiding the SSID? The simple explanation is usually the case for this issue - the clients are roaming away from the AP for a particular reason e.g

- Client moves out of range
- Interference has caused a dropout
- The client cannot see the SSID when roaming between APs
- Other environmental factors causing disruptions

in fact we have two APs with the same ssid but at different frequencies to have romaning. we have ap in a hall and another after another lounge with the same ssid. already I visualized interference but rather intend for two APs in each room to improve the signal.

actions taken:

- no dot11 extension aironet;

- packet retries 64 drop-packet

- dot11 wpa handshake timeout 2000

Any further action can be taken?

So you have two separate APs in Autonomous mode then? Are they within range at the boundary for roaming? It may be that the client has to do a full discovery and full auth once it has left the range of the first AP and that's what is occurring as opposed to a smooth roam.

the aps are in a distance so enables romaning. until then because I see messages stating romaning. I plan on for another AP in the hall to improve the signal for everyone.
