I have a Cisco 5508 operating in new mobility mode so that it can act as an anchor controller for 3850 and 5508 (also in new mobility mode), this anchor controller is keep sessions for a long period of time and is not timing out sessions, these sessions are not kept on the foreign controller.
Current anchor is running 8.0.121.
I'm not overly familiar with new mobility mode and I am wondering if this is having an adverse affect as I can see the clients under mobility controller clients with excessively long associations times.
