I am trying to setup my AP to act as a dhcp server and having problem..Originally all wireless clients get their IP address from the Microsoft dhcp server, once they successfully authenticate with cisco ACS.
I have setup the following on the AP but the clients are still obtaining IP from the MS DHCP server
ip dhcp excluded-address 172.16.8.1 172.16.10.254
!
ip dhcp pool wirelessdhcp
network 172.16.0.0 255.255.0.0
default-router 172.16.0.1
lease 3
Thanks for the help in advance.

Check if you are running the latest image version. Also check if the IP addresses in your pool are in the same subnet as your AP.
Enable the debugging caommand mentioned in the following document so that you can troubleshoot your problem better,
