Signal strength of LWAPP AP's

I have two 5508's with 23 AP's divided between the two with HA configured.  I have four networks, SSID's, with all on each controller.  One network shows higher signal strength than others consistently.  Can you vary the signal strength for a network on a one controller and another on the other controller?

Hi,

no. All SSIDs have the same signal strength.

Variations come from a client side behavior.

What is observed with most clients is that the network to which you are associated shows a higher signal strength than others. But that's just wrong displaying.

If you collect hard number like RSSI in dbm. You will see all SSIDs received at the same dbm signal strength.

Regards,

Nicolas
