SIP App will not work via WLAN 5508

We are using Ring Central clients on IPhones and Samsung mobiles , we have created a WLAN to test but when we packet capture the SIP clients are receiving a 407 proxy auth required and will not register over a direct wireless we get a 401 code and all is well , can anyone assist in what setting on the WLAN or the 5508 controller needs setting to allow clients to connect ?

1. What settings? We don't know what settings the SSID is configured. Post the complete output to the command "sh wlan <SSID ID>".
2. Do the phones get a valid IP ddress? Can they "surf" the internet?
3. Aside from the wireless handsets, do you have wired handset(s) going ot the same SIP provider? And does the wired handset work?
4. Most important of all: What is the firmware of the controller? (Please provide the complete version.)
