Sjphone behind PIX

I'm trying to use a SJphone on my desktop [and PDA],

behind a PIX 515. I'm getting an error message that says "NAT/Firewall:blocked". How do I configure the PIX and/or my PC and PDA to allow me to use the SJphone.

These are the ports that Cisco's call manager operates which have to be opened

Similairly check what ports need to be opened on the PIX for the device you are using.
