Hi,

I have one SSID with Sign-on with SMS Authentication option, my question is, can I use any other service provider rather than Twilio? because we already have SMS service provider.

Please your advice as we are recently our Meraki journey started.

No, currently only Twilio is natively supported. Now, if you have another solution, such as Cisco ISE, for example, you can use the service provider of your choice.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

I don't have a single customer using TXT based authentication. Can you change to one of the other options?
