Snap-on antenna for AIR-LMC350

I have an external antenna for my AIR-LMC350 which works great when I'm in my vehicle, but now I'd like to get one of those little plastic rectangles that snaps on to the end of the card for when I go to the coffee shop.

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one and how much it will cost?
