Spatial multiplexing and the same frequency

                   All,

I am a little confused.  I am hoping someone can shed some light on spatial multiplexing.

I understand spatial multiplexing takes a signal and splits it into serval lower ratel lower rate streams.  These lower streams are sent out of different antennas.

My understanding is each lower rate stream is sent out on the same frequency.  How is this possible?

Thank you

Hi

Good question. It's done by sending each signal slightly off phase from each other.
