Speed dialling on a CIsco 8851

I have entered 5 speed dial numbers on my 8851. 

4 of them show on my phone, but I see no way to access speed dial 5.

is there a way of scrolling downwards so I can see speed dials after the first 4 ?

update..

My IT guy has advised me that although the phone itself can store many speed dials, it is only set up to provide access to the 3 that i can see on the screen. some nonsense about compatability of systems. really useless therefore, since i have a groovy modern phone with a capacity to store 3 speed dials.
