Hello, Below is vWLC dashboard. After configuring ssid and others, such as enable broadcast, wlan etc, its SSID cannot be seen. Any suggestions? Thank you

from wlc - share the flex profile, policy profile, policy tag config detail.
on AP - share show dot11 int -for both radios.

You need to provide a lot more detail in order for folks in the community to understand and help. With IOS-XE, there are profiles, policies and tags that need to all line up in order for “it” to work.
The general rule of thumb is to always call out the exact model of controllers and AP’s and the firmware. Then depending on the issue, provide detail configuration or screen shots that shows exactly what you have configured. Also mention the device you are testing with, if you have tried other devices and or if you used tools to validate and if you can replicate the issue with multiple devices of applicable.

Thanks for your reply. AP is c9117 and wlc is 9800. Please see the below screenshot of this AP. the top two is from 2.4GHz, and the third one is 5GHz
We cannot console this ap after joining to wlc. Not sure if this is a bug or default config. Thank you

Both direct console(joined/not joined) and telnet/ssh(if enabled and configured in wlc.) are accessible.

Have you added the WLANs to the default policy in the Tags option?
Also, it would be good to double-check if you have the network for 2.4 and 5ghz enabled
